I love it when

It’s the last period of class

For the day

And there are 4 minutes left

And the children are jumping to go out

I say

Pass your book up

They passed up

They pack up and standing

Ready to say

 Thank you sir

Though they don’t mean it

And go out

Then I say

Sit down.
