Jauhi dadah.

Simptom atau tanda yang perlu diberi perhatian. Setengah dari simptom ini boleh berdiri berasingan dan setengahnya pula berkombinasi dengan simptom -- simptom yang lain.

-Adanya perubahan/merosot kehadiran atau prestasi mutu kerja, hasil kerja dan disiplin di sekolah/tempat kerja.
-Marah -- marah atau meradang tak tentu sebab.
-Turun berat badan, selalu menguap dan tidak bermaya.
-Hilang selera makan atau selera bertambah.
-Permukaan mata berkaca, cengkung, mata berair dan kuyu.
-Apabila bercakap tidak bertentang mata.
-Kemerosotan paras rupa dan kebersihan diri, tidak ceria, muka menjadi pucat.
-Parut atau bekas suntikan di lengan.
-Diri menjadi tidak terurus seperti malas mandi, gosok gigi.
-Hujung jari dan kuku berwarna kekuningan atau kemerahan.
-Selalu menggaru terutamanya dibahagian hidung dan kelakuan aneh.
-Suka memencilkan diri di dalam bilik air, setor, rumah kosong, masuk di dalam semak dan tempat dimana tiada
orang.
-Tidak mahu makan bersama --sama keluarga dan suka makan di tengah malam berseorangan.
-Hilang minat terhadap sukan, muzik dan sebagainya.
-Suka menyembunyikan barang-barang persendirian, tidak suka akan pertanyaan dari orang lain, bertanyakan apa yang
dilakukan, menjadi seorang pendiam dan kuat berahsia.
-Menjadi rajin, agresif, tersengih-sengih atau terlalu gembira secara tiba-tiba.
-Suka berkawan dengan orang lain tanpa kebenaran, kerap meminta atau meminjam wang tanpa membayar balik.
-Melakukan kegiatan mencuri di sekolah, rumah, tempat kerja, rumah jiran, kawan dan saudara mara.
-Suka berbohong, menipu dan berpura-pura berlagak baik atau main wayang.
-Menjadi orang yang tidak bertanggungjawab dan selalu menyalahkan orang lain. Hilang tumpuan terhadap kerja atau
tugasan dan tidak dapat menyudahkan kerja yang diberi (kerja separuh jalan atau kerja tidak pernah siap).
-Keluar rumah pada masa tertentu, mungkin untuk berjumpa pengedar.
-Meminta wang berlebihan daripada Ibu Bapa.
-Mengasingkan diri daripada rakan-rakan dan kegiatan masa lapang.
-Berdampingan dengan mereka yang diketahui penagih.
