1.0 ENGLISH GETAWAY PROJECT 2009
Ø The committee lists down potential companies to ask for sponsorship.
Ø Respective teachers are to inform students who have been shortlisted to become the participants and the reasons they have to pay RM 50.
Ø The date for the programme has been booked since 2008 and the participants would only attend this programme.
Ø Students who are unable to pay full amount would be given installment.

1.1 PRACTICAL TEACHERS
Ø We would only get practical teachers next year.
1.2 EST COURSE
Ø Students taking EST would be consulted by Miss Rose and Miss Zack to ensure whether they are legible to take the course.
1.3 READING PROGRAMME
Ø 15 students are yet to pay for the fines. There are four students who have not returned the books. Respective teachers have to remind the students.
Ø The teacher could cut 10 % from course mark if the students do not return the books or pay the fines.
Ø The number of story books to be bought next year should be decided, so the reading programme coordinator and the stock manager could prepare the budget.
1.4 ASSESSMENT QUESTIONS
Ø There should be a fixed date to carry out the assessment test for students.
1.5 FORM FOUR ACTIVITIES
Ø Form four Coordinators would prepare the budget for form four activities and pass the budget to the Senior Teacher.
1.6 READING VILLAGE
Ø There should be a shoe rack for RV visitors to place their shoes.
Ø The English Corner would get a new coat of paint if there is a need.
Ø The place would be maintained by the EMC, and Mr Hasbi, and it should be clean where there are activities to be held at the place.
1.7 ENGLISH DAY
Ø Rose proposes for an English Day to collect funds for English Getaway project 2009.
Ø The yearly planner was not ready yet as there were many missing information, and English Day could be planned based on the planner.
1.8 STUDENTS IN STAFF ROOM
Ø Students are only allowed to enter the staff room in small groups, 2 or 3 persons to meet the teacher. This is to prevent students from disturbing other teachers.
